Pistachio cream 60% pistachios 200g

A paste with a delicate consistency and an intense pistachio flavor. Ideal for adding flavor and color to creams, mousses, ice cream, cakes, but also for flavoring smoothies, milkshakes or yogurts. Excellent for bread, pancakes, desserts or as a filling for pastries.

Ingredients: pistachios 60 %, sugar, vegetable oil (sunflower), fully hydrogenated vegetable fats (rapeseed oil), emulsifier: soy lecithin. Store in a dry and dark place.
