Gluten-Free Moist Banana Bread
Dough
- 4 bananas (soft overripe)
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 and 1/2 cup Liana Cake mix
- 1/2 tsp Liana Baking Soda
- pinch Liana True vanilla
- chopped walnuts
- chopped pieces of Liana chocolate 70%
Next we need
- mold 30 x 11 cm
- Add milk according to thickness

Peel and mash the bananas, preferably overripe ones, with a fork.

Add eggs, sugar, salt, and mix well. Gradually add Liana Cake mix, Liana Baking Soda, and finally, melted butter. Mix the dough thoroughly.

Finally, add chopped walnuts, pieces of Liana 70% chocolate and a pinch of Liana Real Vanilla.

Pour the finished dough evenly into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 °C for approximately 35 - 40 minutes.

After baking, let it cool, remove from the mold and cut. Serve according to taste.
