Do you want to give your cake a beautiful velvety effect? Then this velvety spray with white chocolate is perfect. With this spray you can create a velvety white effect on cakes, ice cream, mousses and more.
Instructions for use: Store at room temperature 20-25°C for 2 hours before use. Shake well and warm the can in warm water at 25-35°C. Spray a homogeneous layer onto the frozen surface from a distance of 20-25 cm. The recommended setting time before consumption is 4 hours. After use, turn the can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean the nozzle. Clean the nozzle with warm water if it does not spray evenly.
Maximum usable dose: 2.5 g/kg. For professional use only.
Important! Your dessert/cake must be frozen before applying the velvet spray, otherwise you will not get the velvet effect.
