Professional velvet spray in white creates an elegant velvet effect on desserts and pastries. Ideal for spraying frozen mousse desserts, ice creams, cakes and modern confectionery creations. After applying the spray, a soft matte surface with a luxurious look is created.
Instructions for use: Before use, store at room temperature 20-25°C for 2 hours. Shake well and heat in a water bath at a maximum temperature of 50°C for approximately 10-15 minutes. Spray a homogeneous layer onto the frozen surface from a distance of 20-25 cm. The recommended setting time before consumption is 4 hours. After use, turn the can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean the nozzle. Clean the nozzle with warm water if it does not spray evenly. The suede can be applied in layers. Let it dry before applying the next layer. After finishing work, immediately place the dessert in the refrigerator. If the nozzle is clogged, place the container upside down in water with a temperature of up to 50°C.
