It prevents drying, cracking and mold, while maintaining the softness, suppleness and full flavor of baked goods. An ideal helper for both home and professional bakers.

Usage : Add FunCakes Baking Elixir directly to the dough or mixture according to the recipe. The recommended dosage is 10–15 g of elixir per 1 kg of finished product . When using the elixir, reduce the amount of water in the recipe by approximately 20–30% , as the product already contains water.
