Gluten-free mini potato gnocchi are a great choice for anyone who wants to prepare a delicious meal quickly and without compromise. Thanks to the high proportion of potatoes, they have a delicate taste and soft consistency, which goes well with various types of sauces, pesto, roasted vegetables or cheese. They also taste great in a sweet version with poppy seeds, cottage cheese or cinnamon.
Preparation: Place the mini gnocchi in salted boiling water. When they float to the surface, wait two minutes, then drain and serve with your favorite sauce. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat sources. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
