Robe Pistache is a high-quality pistachio glaze / icing, intended for hot use. Before application, it is heated to a temperature of 40 - 45°C, at which it has excellent fluidity and self-leveling properties, thanks to which it creates a smooth and even surface. After cooling, the icing hardens nicely, remains firm and does not stick. The glaze is suitable for pouring over cakes, desserts, tarts, single portions and other confectionery products.

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fats and oils (sunflower, palm kernel), pistachios 5% , whey (milk) , whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, dyes : chlorophylls and chorophyllins, curcumin, aroma. May contain traces of peanuts, other nuts and sesame seeds .
Store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, store at a temperature of 6 - 18 °C.
