Uses: marzipan - coating material, cream creams, royal icing, macaroons.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, glycerin E422, water, coloring: E132, E133, E151, flavoring, preservative: potassium sorbate E202, acidity regulator: citric acid E330, emulsifier E464. The color is not intended for direct use. Store in a dry and cool place. Dosage 3.4 - 5.6g/kg.
