Simple cup muffins with vanilla and cottage cheese cream.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup semi-coarse flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Liana baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg

1. Mix all the ingredients for the muffins in a bowl and pour into paper cups placed in the muffin form. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
2. Boil the milk together with Liana's vanilla sugar and Liana's golden cream. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Let it cool down.
3. Beat the softened butter with powdered sugar. Finally, whip in the soft cottage cheese.
4. Divide into two halves. Add 1 spoonful of cocoa to one.
5. Alternately put a spoonful of vanilla and a spoonful of cocoa cream into a pastry bag with a decorative tip. Spray the cream on the muffins. Decorate as you wish.
