Homemade jelly candies, ready in a jiffy

400 ml of liquid
(water with syrup, fruit juice, tea, lemonade, etc.) -
40 g Liana Food Grade Gelatin
(2 × 20 g pack) -
To taste (optional):
honey, agave syrup, lemon or lime juice
If you use a thicker liquid, such as fruit puree, 1 sachet of gelatin (20 g) will be enough.

Pour the selected liquid into a saucepan. Add the gelatin and let it swell for 10-15 minutes .

Then gently heat the gelatin until it is completely dissolved – either over low heat or in the microwave. ⚠️ Do not boil! High temperatures will reduce its gelling ability.

Pour the liquid gelatin into a gummy candy mold, praline mold , or a smaller plastic container.

Place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes until completely solidified.

Once the candies have hardened , remove them from the mold and serve .

The resulting number of candies depends on the size of the mold - from the stated amount you will prepare approximately 50 to 150 pieces.
