Gelling agent suitable for quick preparation of jams, marmalades and jellies. It is added directly to fruit juice (1 sachet per 750ml of juice + 500g of sugar), or directly to fruit (1 sachet per 1kg of fruit + 500g of sugar). It is always added before adding sugar.

Ingredients: 40% gelling agent (pectin), sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (sorbic acid). Store in a dry and cool place! The product is gluten-free.
Energy value per 100g of product: Energy 1419 kJ / 339 kcal, Fat 0.5 g of which saturated fatty acids 0.4 g, Carbohydrates 65 g of which sugars 65 g, Protein 0.5 g, Salt 1.0 g.
Preparation instructions:
1. Wash, grind or press the fruit.
2. Mix the contents of the jelly bag with 2 tablespoons of sugar taken from 0.5 kg, add to the fruit. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Always add the jelly before the sugar.
3. Add the rest of the sugar and cook, stirring constantly, for another 2-5 minutes (jelly 1 minute) until the sugar dissolves. After stopping, stir for about 1 minute until the foam disappears or remove the foam.
4. Fill immediately into clean, dry jars, close with a dry lid, and turn upside down for about 5 minutes.
