  • 400 ml water
  • 1 pc LianaVit raspberry
  • 75 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of rum or a few drops of punch aroma

1. Beat stiff snow from egg whites. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanillin sugar until foamy. Add warm water, oil and finally flour mixed with Golden cream and baking powder. Bake at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
2. Similarly, prepare a raspberry sponge cake by beating the egg yolks with raspberry LianaVit and 1 spoonful of granulated sugar. The rest as with the light sponge cake. Bake at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
3. Boil water with sugar, let it cool. Add LianaVit raspberry and rum or punch flavor to lukewarm water.
4. Cut the light sponge cake in half. Spread jam on the bottom light sheet, add raspberry sponge cake and cover with syrup. Spread the jam again and add the second light layer.
5. Finally, pour the punch glaze, which we prepare according to the instructions on the package.
