Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g semi-coarse flour
  • 1 bag Liana baking powder
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 100 ml of milk
Fruit jelly
Whipped cream
  • 450 ml of milk
  • 3 bags (90g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
  • 8 g Liana clear gelatin

  1. Beat the eggs with powdered sugar, add milk, oil and finally a little flour with baking powder. Pour the dough onto a greased and lined baking sheet. Bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes until golden.
  2. Blend strawberries or other fruits, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil. Take about 5 tablespoons of the strawberry mass in a bowl and dissolve one clear Gelatin in it. Mix 2 pieces of Golden Cream in 300 ml of water and pour into the boiling strawberry mass. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Finally, mix in the dissolved gelatin. Pour over the body and let it cool.
  3. We will prepare whipped cream. Let 8 g of gelatin swell for 10 minutes in 50 ml of milk. In the remaining milk, beat 3 pieces of Liana's Whipped Delight until stiff. Heat the swollen gelatin in the microwave until it dissolves. Finally, while stirring constantly, pour it into the whipped cream mass. Spread on the hardened strawberry jelly. Let it harden for about 1 hour before slicing.
  4. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, decorate with strawberries.

A good tip:
Strawberries can be replaced with other fruits such as raspberries, blueberries, apricots, peaches, apples.

Good tip 2 :
Prepare the gluten-free version by replacing flour and baking powder with 200 g of Cake mix Liana.
