Soft fluffy TIRAMISU

This time we prepared the well-known Italian dessert Tiramisu from Liana Golden Cream.

  • 1 and ½ KL instant coffee
  • 1 bag (30g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
  • 250 g of mascarpone
  • 30 ml of egg liqueur
  • 40 g powdered sugar

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually add the yolks and sugar. Finally, lightly mix in the Golden Creams with the baking powder. Bake on baking paper at 175°C for 20 minutes.
  2. We brew stronger coffee to pour over the bodies and let it cool.
  3. Pour instant coffee, Whipped cream into the milk and whisk. Add mascarpone, sugar and egg liqueur.
  4. Cut the body in half. Pour one half with cooled coffee mixed with almond or coffee liqueur. Apply cream to the poured body, cover with the second part of the body and repeat the procedure. Sprinkle the surface with a thicker layer of Dark Liana Cocoa and let it harden overnight in the refrigerator.
