Gluten-free zucchini pudding with wheat flour
- 170 g Universal mix Liana
 - 700 g of zucchini
 - 200 g of hard cheese
 - 100 g Orava bacon
 - 100 g of ham
 - 70 g Liana wheat flour
 - 1 bag Liana baking powder
 - 50 ml of oil
 - 4 eggs
 - 1 onion
 - 4 cloves of garlic
 - 2 KL vegetables
 - 1 tsp salt
 - ground black pepper
 
- Grate zucchini, cheese and onion on a large grater. Add chopped ham, Orava bacon, eggs, oil and season. Add both flours and baking powder to the mixture and mix well with a spoon.
 - Pour the dough onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 40 minutes until golden.
