Ingredients
  • 20 g of yeast
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 500 ml water
  • 300 g Rolls mix Liana
  • 200 g Bread mix dark Liana
  • 7 g of salt
  • 1 tbsp crushed flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1-2 PL golden flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  1. We prepare yeast from yeast, sugar and 100 ml of water, which we leave to rise for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Rolls mix, Bread mix dark, salt, flax and sesame seeds, prepared yeast and the remaining water are mixed with a mixer with kneading beaters. While mixing, add oil and sunflower seeds. Let it rise covered for 30 minutes.
  3. Lightly process with oiled hands on an oiled mat. We divide the dough into smaller parts and form buns, which we place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Roll the buns in flax seeds or sprinkle them with them and make slits in them with an oiled kaiser mold.
  4. Cover with foil and leave to rise for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Spray with water and bake at 230-240°C for 18 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the hot kaiserkas with water and let them cool.
