Fantastic gluten-free plum balls like grandma's, without the use of potatoes, but with a distinct fruity taste.
Ingredients
  • 270 g Universal mix Liana
  • 170 ml water
  • 15 pcs pitted plums
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • pinch of salt

  • Universal mix Liana for sprinkling
  • oil or butter for greasing
  • poppy seeds or cottage cheese with sour cream to taste

  1. Pour Universal mix Liana, a pinch of salt into a bowl, gradually add water and make an elastic dough. Knead the dough on a floured work surface and roll out a sheet. Cut it into squares, put a stoned plum in each square, wrap it and make a ball. Cut irregular pieces from the remaining dough.
  2. Boil water in a larger pot, into which we put the prepared balls and the cut dough. After reaching the boiling point, boil for about 5 minutes. Mix the balls with sugar and oil or with melted butter. Season with poppy seeds or cottage cheese mixed with sour cream.
