Gluten-free honey cream
Dough
- 400 g Cake mix Liana
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 70 g of butter
- 4 spoons of honey
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Liana baking soda
- 2 eggs
- a few drops of rum aroma
Cream
- 1 liter of milk
- 3 pcs Golden cream Liana
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 150 g of butter
- rum aroma to taste
Whipped cream
- 1 pc (30g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
- 150 ml of milk
- Sheet size 24x37 cm
1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl until smooth. Divide into two parts, roll out and place on the opposite side of a 24 x 37 cm baking sheet in the oven at a temperature of 180°C for 7-10 minutes.
2. From milk a We cook a thick pudding with golden creams and vanilla sugar, which we leave to cool. Brush the surface of the pudding with a little butter so that a crust does not form on the surface.
3. Beat the butter with sugar and gradually mix in the cooled pudding. Paint on the 1st plate. Whip the Whipped Delight in milk and layer on the cream. Cover with a second sheet and leave in a cool place for 5-6 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
