  1. Let's start with the preparation of the mushroom filling. Fry chopped onion, colored pepper and mushroom cut into pieces in oil. Add salt, pepper, cover with a little water and simmer. Let it cool and in the meantime prepare the filling no. 2. Crumble the cottage cheese and mix it with chopped onion.
  2. To prepare the dough, mix the Universal mix with salt, gradually add water and make the dough. Mix thoroughly so that it does not stick. Let it stand for about 20 minutes.
  3. To prepare the dressing, mix the ingredients in a large bowl with a whisk.
  4. Flour the worktop, knead the dough and divide it into 8 equal parts. Make a loaf from each part, flour it and roll it thin. We will make a plate slightly larger than the form (St. John's glass). Grease a glass with oil and put the dough on it. Pour the sauce, add the second dough, pour the sauce, spread the filling no. 1, then filling no. 2 and place a sheet of dough. We store each dough "shrunk" and each one needs to be covered with the sauce. We put fillings on every other dough. Using this procedure, we will prepare all the sheets of dough and spread all the filling. Put most of the topping on the last sheet of dough. Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake in a heated oven at 190°C for 60 minutes. The finished börek can be spread with a piece of butter. Serve with a glass of sour milk.
