Gluten-free and dairy-free grills
- 300 g granulated sugar
 - 2 bags Liana vanilla sugar
 - 280 g of walnuts
 - 300 g vegetable fat 72%
 - 4 yolks
 - 120 g powdered sugar
 - 4 gluten-free cake wafers
 
For decoration
- 100 g Chocolate Liana 70%
 - 30 g vegetable fat
 
- Burn the crystal and vanillin sugar to caramel in a pot and sprinkle the walnuts. Some of the nuts can be ground and some finely chopped. Pour in the melted vegetable fat and bring to a boil.
 - Beat the egg yolks together with powdered sugar until foamy. After mixing the caramel mixture, add the egg yolk foam and cook to a thick paste.
 - Place a cake wafer on the tray and spread a third of the mash, cover with the second wafer, spread a layer of mash again and continue in this way until all wafers and caramel mash are used up. We put weight on the grill and let it harden overnight.
 - After solidification, cut into rectangles and cover with a chocolate coating made from vegetable fat and chocolate.
