Flawless gluten-free pancakes
- 100 g Cake mix Liana
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- 300 - 330 ml of milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt

1. Pour the sifted cake mix into the bowl so that there are no lumps in the dough, add a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, egg, milk, oil and beat well. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
2. Spread the prepared dough on a lightly oiled pan and bake until golden on both sides.

A good tip:
If the dough in the bowl thickens during baking, dilute it with a little milk.
