Delicate gingerbread with exclusive pudding
- 300 g semi-coarse flour
- 300 g granulated sugar
- 500 ml of milk
- 150 ml of oil
- 1 bag Liana dark chocolate pudding
- 3 PL jam
- 2 - 3 PL Liana dark cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag Liana gingerbread leavening powder
- 1 KL Baking soda Liana
- We beat all the ingredients together. We replaced part of the flour with 1 bag of Pudding DARK CHOCOLATE Liana.
- To taste, we can add dried fruit, chopped nuts, coconut, pieces of chocolate...
- Bake on a greased and floured baking sheet at a temperature of 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
A good tip:
Spread the baked gingerbread with Liana lemon glaze or jam.
