- 150 g Universal mix Liana
- 150 ml water
- an egg
- salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- Push the dough through the halushka into the boiling water with a spoon. When they float to the surface, let it boil for about 3 more minutes and drain.

If we want to make potato gnocchi, replace part of the water with finely grated potato.

If we are preparing gnocchi with bryndza, cottage cheese or cabbage, just rinse lightly with cold water.
