Stabilizer of whipped creams, pistachio-flavored fillings for the preparation of desserts, cups, desserts and cakes.
Dosage:
100g Stabilizer + 0.150 L lukewarm water + 0.5 L vegetable whipped cream
100g Stabilizer + 0.05 L lukewarm water + 0.5 L animal whipped cream
(the dosage of the stabilizer also depends on the density of the whipped cream used)
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water. Immediately mix into the semi-whipped whipped cream with an electric mixer. Beat until the desired consistency. When using animal whipped cream, we whip it very briefly because of its possible over-whipping. We can sweeten it to taste and add fruit. We immediately use according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared corpus. Let it stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, pork gelatin, modified starch E1414, dyes : copper complexes of chlorophyllins, riboflavin, aroma.
