The mold heats up quickly and evenly, the dough does not stick and is easy to clean. Before pouring the dough, the mold should be greased and sprinkled with flour, do not remove the dough with sharp tools so as not to scratch the mold, do not cut the dough in the mold, wash with mild detergent and warm water.
