PANDORO metal cake mold

Pandoro cake pan - a delicious star-shaped Italian cake sprinkled with powdered sugar. Using this form, you can bake a dessert weighing approx. 750g.

The mold is made of anodized aluminum. A perfectly straight edge guarantees the production of perfectly shaped cakes. The mold heats up quickly and evenly, the dough does not stick and is easy to clean. Before pouring the dough, the mold should be greased and sprinkled with flour, do not remove the dough with sharp tools so as not to scratch the mold, do not cut the dough in the mold, wash with mild detergent and warm water. It is not suitable for the dishwasher. Metal wires damage the surface of the mold.
