The gel is evenly incorporated into the mass without adding additional water. It is therefore suitable for any use, including coloring frosting, frosting and marzipan.
Dose 1-3 g per 1 kg of product.

Ingredients: corn syrup, humectant: glycerin E422, sugar, water, modified starch, dyes : E102, E110, E122, gelling agent: agar E406, preservatives: potassium sorbate E202; citric acid E330, sodium citrate E331. Dye E102, E110, E122 can have an adverse effect on the activity and attention of children. Store in a dry and dark place.
