Got ripe bananas at home that no one wants to eat? Make a quick gluten-free banana bread! With our Liana Cake mix, you'll prepare it easily and in no time.

Approach
  1. Peel and mash the bananas, preferably overripe ones, with a fork.

  2. Add eggs, sugar, salt, and mix well. Gradually add Liana Cake mix, Liana Baking Soda, and finally, melted butter. Mix the dough thoroughly.

  3. Finally, add chopped walnuts, pieces of Liana 70% chocolate and a pinch of Liana Real Vanilla.

  4. Pour the finished dough evenly into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 °C for approximately 35 - 40 minutes.

  5. After baking, let it cool, remove from the mold and cut. Serve according to taste.

Good tip: If you use Liana Fine mix instead of Liana Cake mix, the bread will get a unique banana-gingerbread flavor.
