Velvet spray white chocolate 100 ml

With this Velvet spray from Fun Cakes you can give cakes, desserts, mousses or ice cream a beautiful chocolate-velvet effect. Your cake or dessert should be sufficiently cooled before spraying the velvet spray, otherwise you will not achieve the velvet effect.

USE: Apply a homogeneous layer to the cooled surface from a distance of 20-25 cm. The recommended preparation time is approximately 4 hours before serving. After use, turn the container upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean. If the spray does not spray evenly, clean the nozzle with warm water. Store at room temperature 20-25 °C for 2 hours before use. Shake well before use and warm the can in water between 25-35 °C.

Ingredients: cocoa butter, colour: E170, E100, propellant: E943a, E943b, E944. May contain traces of milk, sulphites and soy . Store in a cool place, away from sunlight.
