Edible velvet spray for creating an elegant velvet effect on cakes, single-serve desserts, mousse, chocolate and confectionery decorations. Based on cocoa fat, AZO FREE and without E171. Ideal for professional and home confectionery decoration.

USE: Cool the surface of the dessert ideally to -10 °C. Place the spray in a water bath with a temperature of max. 40 °C for 10–15 minutes, shake thoroughly and apply from a distance of 25–30 cm. Let dry and then store in the refrigerator.
