What fondant cream should I choose?

Fondant includes cream with a low water content (e.g. buttercream, butter and flour mash cream, butter pudding cream or ganache). Whipped creams with mascarpone, cottage cheese, sour cream or yoghurt are not suitable, as fondant masses contain sugar, which, in combination with the water contained in the aforementioned ingredients, will cause the coating to start to dissolve and the liquid to flow out around the perimeter of the cake.

Ingredients: sugar, coconut fat, drinking water, glucose syrup, potato starch, thickener: dextrin, xanthan gum, CMC, aroma: vanilla oil, preservative: potassium sorbate, humectant: glycerin, acidity regulator: citric acid. Store at a temperature of 16 - 23°C in a dark and dry place.
