Preparation: For proportions and baking times, see the quantity table or www.funcakes.com. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Place the mixture, eggs and water in a bowl. Mix on high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix on low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased baking tin (1/2 to 2/3 full). Place the cake in the oven and do not open the door during baking! The cake is ready when it is springy to the touch. Remove the cake immediately after baking and leave to cool on a wire rack.
