A mixture that will make the perfect caramel icing in just a few minutes - just add water and mix
Use : for crusts, pinwheels, cheesecake, for topping pancakes, fritters and for flavoring whipped cream.
Preparation:
Thin glossy icing - Gradually add 4-6 tablespoons of water or milk to 200 g of the mixture. Mix thoroughly. Apply the finished icing directly to the surface of the crusts such as pinwheels, wreaths, cheesecakes, etc.
Thicker frosting - Gradually add 4-5 tablespoons of water or milk and 20 g of melted butter to 200 g of the mixture. Mix thoroughly. Apply the finished frosting directly to the surface of the crusts such as pinwheels, wreaths, cheesecakes, etc.
A 200 g batch is enough for about 10 pinwheels.
Composition: sugar, glucose syrup, modified potato starch, colours: ammonia caramel and beta carotene, thickener: xanthan gum, flavouring, caramel powder (0.1%). The product is gluten free.
