Cold fruit gelatin is ideal for preparing firm and frost-resistant fruit fillings for cakes, pastries or fruit jellies, without the need for cooking. It keeps fruit fresh without heat treatment. Also suitable for freezing.
Ingredients: thickener: E1422, maltodextrin, gelling agent: E450, E339, E516, thickener: E401. May contain traces of: gluten, eggs, soy, milk and nuts.
Energy value per 100g of product: Energy 1582 kJ/378 kcal, Fat 0.4g of which saturated fatty acids 0.1g, Carbohydrates 89g of which sugars 0g, Protein 0.3g, Salt 1.7g.
Preparation: Simply mix the powder with sugar (to taste) and add it to fruit or fruit juice. Recommended dosage: 75 g of binder per 500 ml of liquid (15%).
