You can use Isomalt to create beautiful, sweet cake decorations. It is not as sweet as sugar, but can be mixed with other sugar substitutes to make it sweeter. The mass is colorless. You can add food coloring.

Ingredients: Isomalt E953. May contain traces of eggs, milk and nuts. Store in a cool place, 15-20°C.

Use: Melt in the microwave (approx. 700W in a heatproof container) or in a pan to 170°C. Stir the isomalt every 20-30 seconds until completely melted. Place the bowl/pan in a bowl with a small amount of cold water for approx. 5 seconds. The isomalt is now tempered and can be colored and processed as desired. CAUTION!: Melted isomalt is very hot!
