ROLLED Sugar paste Green

Pre-prepared coating material for decorating cakes or desserts with vanilla flavor. Just roll out and place on a baking sheet. Covers a cake with a diameter of 15 - 20 cm and a height of 10 cm or a cake with a diameter of 20 - 25 cm and a height of 7.5 cm. The product is gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Usage: Remove the mixture from the packaging and carefully roll out. Pull both edges of the white foil to make it flat. Cover the cake with a thin layer of buttercream. Place the mixture carefully on the cake, white foil side up. Remove the foil and gently smooth it onto the cake. Trim off the excess.

Ingredients: sugar (77%), glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm), water, humectant: E422, E1103, thickener: E413, E415, emulsifier: E471, natural flavor, color: E102, E133. Color E102 may have an adverse effect on attention and activity in children. May contain traces of almonds . Store in a dry place at a temperature of 15-20°C.
