Food gel coloring with high coloring power, suitable for coloring cream and butter creams, fondant, royal icing, isomalt, jelly and drinks. Gluten-free. Intended for decoration and not for immediate consumption.

Ingredients: glycerol E422, coloring: E551, E129, emulsifier: polysorbate 80 E433, preservative: potassium sorbate E202, acidity regulator: citric acid E330. Coloring E129 may have a harmful effect on the activity and attention of children. Dosage 0.5 - 0.8g/kg. Store in a dry and dark place.
