Ingredients: glucose syrup, glycerin E422, water, dye: E104, aroma, potassium sorbate E202, acidity regulator: citric acid E330, emulsifier E464. Dye E104 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Not intended for immediate use. Store in a dry and cool place. After opening, consume within one month.
Use : marzipan - coating material, cream creams, royal icing, macaroons. Dosage 0.7g/kg.
