Stabilizer for whipped creams and chocolate-flavored fillings.
Dosage:
200 g stabilizer + 0.3 l lukewarm water + 1 l vegetable whipping cream
200 g stabilizer + 0.1 l lukewarm water + 1 l animal whipped cream
(the dosage of stiffener also depends on the density of the whipped cream used)
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water. Immediately stir into the semi-whisked whipped cream with an electric whisk. Whisk until desired consistency. For animal whipped cream, whisk very briefly because it may overwhip. You can sweeten and add fruit to taste. Use immediately according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared base. Leave to stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa powder with reduced solids content (41.5%), modified starch E1414, gelatin, dextrose, aroma. The product is gluten-free.
