Homemade chocolate liqueur
- 100 g Chocolate Liana 70%
- 600 ml of milk
- 3 tbsp cane sugar
- 6 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- 1 tbsp Liana cinnamon sugar
- 3 KL Pudding milk chocolate Liana
- 3 KL dry milk
- 1 KL instant coffee
- 200 ml of rum or brandy

- Burn the cane sugar to caramel, pour warm milk, add chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and cinnamon sugar. Stir until the chocolate melts.
- Add instant coffee, powdered milk and pudding, let it boil. At the end, add alcohol and pour the cooled liquor into bottles.
