Gluten-free soda lox with sour milk
- 180 g Bakery mix Liana
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 KL Baking soda Liana
- 250 ml sour milk/ sour cream/ buttermilk
- Mix the bakery mix, salt, baking soda and sour milk into a dough. Let's leave it alone.
- We will make a cylinder, which we will divide into approximately equal parts.
- Roll out each part into a thin pancake. Sprinkle with flour so that the dough does not stick.
- Bake on a hot, dry pan from one and the other side.
- Brush with melted butter while still warm.
Lokša can be enjoyed on its own, as a side dish to meat or filled sweet/savory.
