Dough
- 300 g boiled mashed potatoes
- 120 g Universal mix Liana
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg

- Liana rice flour
- 1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl. Transfer to a work mat and divide.
- 2. Make a roll out of the dough, cut it into smaller pieces and use your palm to form a šuļenok (sprinkle with rice flour so that the šuļenok do not stick together).
- 3. Throw the šuľanka into the boiling salted water. After floating to the surface, cook for another 5 minutes.
- 4 . Take out, cover with melted butter, add sugar and sprinkle with poppy seeds, cottage cheese or nuts to taste.
