Dough
- 450 g Cake mix Liana
- 2 eggs
- 2 yolks
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons Liana baking soda
- 4 spoons of honey
- 70 g vegetable fat
Filling
- 1 liter of milk
- 3 pcs Golden cream Liana
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 pc Vanillin sugar Liana
- 250 g of butter
Chocolate frosting
- 100 g Chocolate Liana 70%
- 50 g vegetable fat for toppings
- 10 g butter or 1 KL oil

1. Make a soft dough by hand from the listed ingredients. We divide it into 4 parts and place each one on baking paper. Roll out the dough approx. 1.5 cm from the edge. Prick the top with a fork and bake on an inverted baking sheet for about 7 minutes at 200 ° C.
2. Leave the baked sheets to cool.
3. Spread the filling on the first sheet, put the second sheet on which we spread jam or jam, put the third sheet, spread the filling again and cover with the fourth sheet. We strain it for half an hour and leave it in the refrigerator.
4. Spread the filling on the top of the cake and let it harden.
5. Afterwards, cover the cake with chocolate glaze and cut into slices.
Filling procedure:
1. Boil 3 golden creams in 1 liter of milk according to the instructions on the package (including vanillin sugar).
2. Whip the cooled cream into the whipped butter with powdered sugar.
Frosting procedure:
Dissolve the ingredients over steam.
