We guarantee that once you try these gluten-free farmer's buns, you'll never want the store-bought ones again.
Ingredients
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 1 KL granulated sugar
  • 20 g of yeast
  • 350 g Bread mix white Liana
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 10 g of oil
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp of oregano

  • Liana rice flour for sprinkling
  • ham, bacon, salami for lining
  • cheese for sprinkling

  1. We prepare yeast from 100 ml of lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast, which we leave to rise for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine Bread mix white, salt, prepared yeast, remaining milk, oil in a food processor and make a dough. Let the covered dough rise for about an hour.
  3. Divide the dough into 7 parts on a floured work surface. We will make a bun from each, which we will place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it rise for about 20 minutes.
  4. Mix oregano with ketchup, spread the buns and place ham, salami, bacon and cheese on them.
  5. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
