- 500 ml of milk
- 100 ml of oil
- 1 bag Golden cream Liana
- 1 egg
- 3 yolks
- 20 g Liana vanillin sugar

- 3 hilly PL granulated sugar
- 3 hilly PL powdered sugar

- We make the dough by hand from Cake mix, salt, sugar, butter and eggs.
- Transfer to a paper-lined tray and press the dough with your hands. We can also use a small roller.
- Let's make the cream. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, sugar, milk, oil, egg yolks, egg and Golden Cream using an electric mixer.
- Pour onto the dough and bake at 175 ° C for about 25-30 minutes until the edges are pink.
- Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff. Add sugar and beat until stiff.
- We spread it on the pre-baked cake, we can create a pattern with a decorative spatula, e.g. ripples.
- Bake at 160 ° C for about 15 minutes until the snow is lightly browned.
- Let it cool down.
