  • egg yolk and a spoonful of lukewarm water for coating the biscuits
  • flax, sesame seeds and poppy seeds for sprinkling cookies

  1. Cut the softened butter into cubes, add Universal mix and salt. In the food processor, we make a crumbly dough with the help of a hook. Later, we add the other ingredients and make a compact dough, which we wrap in foil and leave to rest in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the worktop with Universal mix, roll out a sheet 0.3-0.4 cm thick and cut out circles, which we place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Brush the biscuits with a beaten egg yolk and a spoonful of water and sprinkle with seeds or poppy seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
