Gluten-free bars
- 200g Cake mix Liana
 - 70 g of butter or vegetable fat
 - 1 egg
 - 5 g of salt
 - 100 g of sour cream or yogurt
 
Next we need
- 1 egg for brushing
 - sesame, poppy seeds, whole cumin and coarse salt for sprinkling
 
- Mix all the ingredients into a dough, wrap in foil and put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
 - Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of 2-3 mm and cut out different shapes with a stick cutter or a rolling pin.
 - Place on a tray lined with baking paper and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame, cumin, poppy seeds or coarse salt to taste and bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes until pink.
