- 125-150 g Fine mix Liana
- 125-150 g Bakery mix Liana
- 50 g vegetable fat
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 KL Baking soda Liana
- ground cinnamon
- ground cloves
- Combine all the ingredients and make a smooth dough. Wrapped in foil, let it sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, cut out various shapes and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- We decorate the cooled gingerbreads according to our own imagination.
