Do you want to give your cake a beautiful velvety effect? Then this white chocolate velvet spray is perfect. With this spray, you can create a velvet effect of white color on cakes, ice cream, foams, etc.
Instructions for use: Store at room temperature 20-25°C for 2 hours before use. Shake thoroughly and heat the can in warm water with a temperature of 25-35 °C. Spray a homogeneous layer on the frozen surface from a distance of 20-25 cm. The recommended setting time before consumption is 4 hours. After use, turn the can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean the nozzle. Clean the nozzle with warm water if it does not spray evenly.
Maximum usable dose: 13 g/kg. For professional use only.
Important! Your dessert / cake must be frozen before spraying the velvet spray, otherwise you will not get the velvet effect.
