Enchanted Cream Choco is a professional cream, lighter than butter creams and, thanks to its simple preparation, ideal for decorating cakes, desserts and cupcakes.
Preparation for one portion: mix 150 g of the mixture with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water and mix for 3 minutes at a higher speed. The cream can be used immediately after preparation and stays fresh for 5-6 days in the refrigerator. It can also be used without adding milk and then it will last longer even at room temperature. The cream can be colored.
Ingredients : sugar, glucose syrup (dried), emulsifier: E471, E472f, partially hydrogenated oil (palm), hydrogenated fat (coconut), skimmed milk powder, milk protein, stabilizers: E516, E263, E339, E340, E450, thickeners: E401, E463, anti-caking agent: E341. May contain: gluten, eggs, soya beans, lupine. After opening, store in a dry place at a temperature of max. 20 °C and air humidity 65-70%.
